Scheduled for the first day of the event, the panel “Women of Proteins: Management of Sustainability Programs” will bring together leading managers in Agribusiness to discuss challenges and trends in rural entrepreneurship, with a focus on expanding business generation and property profitability.
In addition, the panel will address the importance of implementing sustainable programs for the production chain, going beyond the economic vision, adding points of social engagement and environmental preservation.
The debate will be mediated by Joanita Karoleski, president of the JBS Fund for the Amazon and will feature the participation of producers Luciana Dalmagro and Chris Morais, Ana Claudia Badra Cotait, of Conselho da Mulher Empreendedora e da Cultura de São Paulo (CMEC), and the Federal Agricultural Tax Auditor, Lia Treptow Coswig.
“We bring together different views with the aim of promoting reflection on trends and the engagement of female leaders within initiatives that promote more income, in addition to awakening to environmental, social and governance issues in the productive sector”, analyzes Isis Sardella, manager marketing and female leader of the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA).
