
At SIAVS, CEOs of the sector’s industries discuss paths to sustainable production
Consumption trends and paths to sustainable production will be on the agenda of the traditional “CEOs Panel”, a traditional debate at the International Poultry and Pig Farming Exhibition (SIAVS), the largest event in the sector in the country, scheduled between August 9 and 11 at Anhembi Park, in São Paulo (SP).
The panel will take place on the second day of SIAVS (August 10) and will feature the participation of the CEOs of BRF, Lorival Luz, of Seara Alimentos, José Campos, of Aurora Alimentos, Neivor Canton, and of SSA, José Garrote. The debate will be mediated by the president of the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA), Ricardo Santin.
During the panel, the leaders of the largest agribusinesses in the poultry and pork sectors in Brazil will address the strategic vision of the food producing sectors in the face of international demands, the post-pandemic challenges and the strengthening of guidelines for the sustainable management of the productive sector. , with a focus on global food security, in addition to the companies’ plans for the coming years.

Sustainability will be debated from the perspective of sectoral competitiveness, approaching the perspectives of companies with different profiles and actions on Brazil’s role as a food provider to the world”, highlights Santin.
